For the “EXPO REAL” trade fair in Munich, ARNO Design was once again responsible for the design and realisation of the special “Planning & Partnerships Forum” area. Inspired by the “Fendi Headquarters” in Rome, in the Colosseum style, ARNO Design created an area in sandstone and black for visitors to linger. Visitors were to be allowed to arrive in the entrance area of the special area as if they were in a hotel lobby; after the reception area came the lecture room, where visitors could chat or listen to the lectures in a feel-good atmosphere. This special area should be a highlight and not resemble a typical “sober” lecture area.
